My name is Heidi Kubin (she/her) and I am passionate about partnering with my clients to help equip them with the tools necessary to create a healthy, fulfilling life. Often, we don’t know how to navigate the challenges in front of us. My goal is to work with my clients to create a safe, authentic, and non-judgmental space where we can explore and create strategies to form more satisfying relationships with themselves and others. My belief is that through deep listening, asking questions, and challenging the stories we tell ourselves, my clients will feel empowered by their own strengths and confident in their ability to reflect, increase self-awareness, and create positive changes. I am currently completing a Masters of Arts in Counseling Psychology with Yorkville University. I am a practicum student who is qualified to practice onsite under the direct clinical supervision. I am excited and honoured to join you in your journey toward discovery and healing.
