Arches Counselling is expanding! There are several options to join our team for a minimum one-year commitment. We are specifically looking for counsellor or child and youth therapists; however, we would also welcome another specialty to diversify Arches’ skill set.
We are a divergent-affirming practice for both our therapists and clients so if you have struggled to find working environments that are flexible, please be in touch. Our philosophy is rooted in narrative, queer, critical disability, and feminist theories.
We are committed to having an inclusive space founded upon therapeutically ethical relationships that embrace the unique knowledge necessary to co-construct alternative stories.
*Our White Rock location has limited accessibility. The office is located on the second floor and there is no elevator. Our Salmon Arm location is fully accessible.
