Relationship Challenges

At Arches Counselling, we have trained therapists, specialized in helping clients address their relationship challenges. Our experienced counselors provide a safe and open environment for clients to discuss their issues, identify areas of improvement, and work towards finding solutions that will bring balance back into their relationships. 

Divergent

Arches Counselling offers a range of services for divergent or divergent suspecting. Our counsellors are experienced in neurodivergent affirming care, interoceptive awareness and the effects of masking and burn out cycles. We practice from a trauma informed approach and advocate for additional community support, assessments and accommodations.

Overcoming Trauma

Trauma includes a wide variety of experiences. Short-term events such as physical injury, natural disasters, sexual, physical, emotional, psychological abuse, long-term adversity such as prolonged illness, disability, poverty, or childhood neglect, abandonment, inconsistent care, Trauma can also be emotional in nature, any situation that causes the nervous system to be overwhelmed and compromises the individual’s capacity to cope can be considered a trauma.
